Reports from strength and conditioning are that freshman Katherine Caufield has been doing all that is asked of her and more over the last week! She has been focused on her running, working on her form, pushing herself in the weight room, and even more impressively, she has asked to do extra to work on all that needs to improve. This type of work ethic is what enabled her to get herself out of stretch club last week, and what will certainly lead to great things ahead! Keep up the excellent work and congrats on earning your GOLD TEAM another point!~Bowen
